Question 1421

First created by the UK Government during the onset of WWII,  it's sole intention was to boost the morale of the nation in light of the invasions. Due to it's limited distribution, it was little known until 2000, when a number of private companies started using it(or variants) for advertising/publicizing their products. It has created numerous other product ranges including parodies. Its message has also been felt relevant to the recent recession and has been adopted as an unofficial motto by many organisations. Since its copyright expired after 50 years, it is can be used by anyone publicly thus increasing its popularity.

It is the last version in a series of three. The first one is titled "Freedon Is In Peril. Defend It With All Your Might." while the second one is called "Your Courage, Your Cheerfulness, Your Resolution Will Bring Us Victory".

What am I talking about?
