The sculpture shows "Samudra Manthan" or The celestial churning of the Ocean..present at Suvarnabhumi Airport in Bangkok
Rakshasas vs devataes.
The Amruta was at the bottom of the ocean and the only way to bring it up was to churn it! They used Vasuki as the rope. When the poison came up, Shiva drank it and came to be known as "neelkantha"..
Then Vishnu, as Mohini fools the rakshasas and the Devataes get the Amruta.
