The answer which I was looking for was not Pixar , as I thought people would think that to be to obvious but thats my fault.
The answer was all these characters have been voiced by John Ratzenberger, who John Lasseter has called "Pixar's good luck charm" since he has played a role in each Pixar feature.
But Pixar is OK.
