Question 1230: Release The Kraken

The 1966 original X was built by car crafter George Barris in just three weeks. It took him only 3 weeks for the job. His was based on a Ford Futura concept.

The new X is based on a Lincoln Continental, restyled in the USA.

Under the long bonnet is a bespoke 5.7 litre Chevrolet V8 with 280 BHP fired by a push button ignition. Inside, it's loaded with gadgets including a red phone and a radar screen. Other details include blue and red strobes, torch taligaters.

It is 19.5 feet long , 7 feet wide and weighs in at 1.75 tonne. It is available only in black.

It will cost you 86.45 lakhs to buy one.
