The above palace is situated in the city X. It is named after the last king of Y who spent his last years in this palace when he was exiled after the British conquered Y. The palace was later converted into the official residence of the collector in the post independence period. A major makeover for this palace has recently been planned.

Answer: Thibaw Min was the last king of Burma(Y), now Myanmar and was exiled to Ratnagiri(X) in Goa.
