These are the only three people who have Offically Opened the Olympic Games twice.
They are the three rulers of their respective countries to have opened the Olympic Games which were held in the capital city of their country.

P.S.- If the logic is correct then Hu Jintao should also be in the list for he opened the 2008 Beijing Olympics.
