Answer: Spencer Elden as an infant on the cover of Nirvana's album "Nevermind", Spencer Elden as a teenager posing for the same photo in "Recreating Nirvana" and Wierd Al Yancovic's album cover of "Off the Deep End" which parodied the "Nevermind" album cover.
