A small controversy was stirred up when this photo surfaced of Ronald Reagan's 1988 visit to Russia. Who was at the centre of this controversy?

Answer: Vladimir Putin, who was a KGB spy at that time, met US President Ronald Reagan disguised as a tourist.(The one with the camera around his neck to the left in the picture).

    The person with the camera is Vladimir Putin who was then a KGB agent.Many theories are abound as to whether he was there to kill o embarass Reagan.It has been a mystery as to why he was there or whether the person there is Putin.
